Teachers deserve appreciation and recognition, and a workplace where they can bring their creativity.
Waldorf schools are using their trade fair appearance at the Didacta Education Trade Fair – March 7 to 11 – to show the varied aspects and possibilities of teaching. Arts and crafts education is an essential component of Waldorf education, and in their training or continuing education, prospective teachers have the opportunity to recognize and make use of their creative potential. This enables them to give their students quick, empathetic, and situationally adapted orientation, thus making individual development possible. The current questions of didactics and methodology will also be addressed in numerous lectures. For example: What answers does Waldorf education have for the current challenges in environmental, democratic and media education?
