International Conference for Curative Education and Social Therapy from October 5 to 9.
This year, the focus will be on the interprofessional fields of contact with medicine, care, and therapeutic offers. This includes all areas of a healthy, mindful and valuable life – for individuals, communities, and the inclusive living and social space. Awareness of the connection of all our abilities and activities to be able to form a resilient, healthy world community will be the focus. There will be working groups around a contemporary anthroposophical medical, therapeutic, and nursing approach. In addition, the holistic understanding of salutogenesis in the professional field of inclusive social work is in the foreground. Two lectures frame the conference in terms of content: first on the topic of ‹Healing as a dynamic balance: opposites in motion› by Gleice Paulino da Silva and Jan Göschel (English) and at the end of the conference Christine Gruwez will talk about ‹Gentle courage as an ability for the future?› (German). Interdisciplinary panel discussions open up the emotional realms: vulnerability, love, and balance. The conference will be translated into eight languages and will thus be widely open. Contemplative rooms are planned during the active lunch break. A person with and one without assistance needs can participate in the conference together with the reduced tandem ticket. The meals are vegan so that as many people as possible can eat together. Both present and digital formats are provided. To dance along, there is folk dance. Stage eurythmy and pantomime are offered to watch.
