Anthroposophy means combining inner and outer perception and acting accordingly. Anthroposophy is active in countless areas of life, but with good reason, it shines particularly brightly in the field of medicine. It is there that the bridging of inner and outer is so evident and affects us human beings so comprehensively. In this way, anthroposophical medicine represents and reflects the whole of anthroposophy, and therefore, a look at the most challenging test of anthroposophical medical life during the National Socialism era is a look at anthroposophy itself. Peter Selg guides us through this broad perspective, the value of which can hardly be overestimated. Nor can the undoubtedly multi-faceted result that culminated in two revealing subtitles: “In Resistance” and “On the Spirit of Humanity.”
