A digital space for spiritual and personal reflection at the turn of the year.
The Sophia Institute, in East Olympia, Washington, is offering the online course Holy Nights Journal from December 24, 2023, to January 6, 2024. During the twelve days of Christmas and thirteen Holy Nights, participants in the course will receive daily contemplations and artistic exercises to work on independently. Online meetings are also offered as part of the course, where participants can discuss their experiences working with the material. The Holy Nights Journal course invites participants to connect with cosmic and yearly rhythms within the framework of astrosophy, and to live with a consciousness that connects with higher spiritual impulses. It offers a space for personal reflection and introspection over the turn of the year, as well as for a contemplation of one’s own biography.
